I liked everything except the food in Salts. Don’t order the chefs chooice 4 courses with wine pairing. It’s the food no one wanted order from last week’s specials,

Customer service was amazing. Food was good. The hotel left a lot to be desired. The smell of alcohol lingers in the carpet and in the halls throughout the hotel. With exception of our room, which was a beautiful double balcony ocean front suite. Kids club/arcade had 3 games in it and a movie room that was neat. Bike rentals but no carriages for younger children to be pulled. Small resort. I prefer a Westin for the clean/newness. This hotel just seemed old and ran through by one to many conventions.

It seems like a little thing but apparently housekeeping had noticed the stack of 3 books on my nightstand. The second day of housekeeping I found THREE Ritz-Carlton bookmarks on my stack of books. It really is the little things that gets noticed. Every single Ritz employee had a smile on the whole week. Loved it and hope to return one day!
Wonderful service - great ambiance - excellent presentation A perfect birthday evening
We stayed at this resort last week and it was incredible. This hotel has the perfect mix of casual elegance. It does not feel stuffy but still has a high level of attention to detail. Last week was lovely because the resort was not very full. The pool/food/beach were wonderful! When we checked out we could see how it can get very crowded by the pool when there are a lot of guests. Our room was incredible and they were very happy to upgrade us. We will definitely be returning. Wonderful experience!
