Beautiful glasses and excellent service. There was a problem with one of the glasses but it was replaced quickly and without question. Highly recommended.
Poor service, item was late and poorly packaged, contacted Riedel and the did not care and blamed their courier. Not interested in the customer.
Ordered a few sets of glasses, delivery window went by and still no update. Emailed and tried calling multiple times - no reply. Of course, money taken out of my account... Disappointing experience and no solution to the issue at the moment. The glasses arrived finally (still no comms about it), but they were packed very well. Would have preferred the delivery window to be made clearer. Glasses are superb though!
Appalling customer service. We ordered two decanters from them and didn't receive them in time. I tried calling on numerous occasions with no answer whatsoever. We're still waiting on delivery and also waiting for someone to get back to us. I've had NO update on my order and can't get through to anyone to discuss cancelling the order. In future will just go straight the Riedel website and not buy through them.
Great advice and fantastic service. I had to call to inquire about a couple of items and was very well advised. Shipping was prompt and I received the glasses, which were incredibly well packed, in perfect condition. Thanks again, I would highly recommend using them.
