Super friendly and knowledgeable. Kath was extremely thorough and she took the time to explain everything to me. I now have a targeted treatment plan and am already feeling the benefit. Lovely clinic too - warm and welcoming! Highly recommend.

Kath is my 'go to' with any muscle ache or pain. Today, I visited with a tight thigh muscle, limped into her treatment room. Thirty minutes later I could walk out normally. Kath is very professional and extremely good at deep tissue massage. The treatment room is immaculate and warm. Highly recommend The Ridge Osteopathy Clinic
