Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the Fall of 2017. I recently got accepted into graduate school, and I will have to move. Be wary of this business. They told my son he could bring his big dog, then when he went to confirm that they said he could not. They then tried to make us pay a $400 re letting fee even though they never approved the lease in the first place. This business is intentionally taking advantage of young college students. Find a better place to live. I am responding via certified mail to the collection agency they turned me in to and have also submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint.
