All the lights on the stairways are out and maintainance is horrid. I only got them to come when my garbage disposal fell out from under the sink and water was everywhere. The ceiling on my stairway is falling and they still have not come to fix it and my stairway isn't the only one. Honestly, the maintainance here is one of the biggest problems. However, staff seem to be nice and as helpful as they can be. Price isn't too bad and the living space is pretty decent.
Only a couple issues with my apartments condition. However the community feels safe and my roommates are respectful which I really appreciate. I was in a situation where I had to travel to my university two days before my scheduled move in day and fortunately The Ridge allowed me to move in early for a relatively small fee. My friends that live here have lived for 2+ years which says a lot about the reliability of the community.
I am looking for somebody to take over my lease at The Ridge for Fall 2017 - Spring 2018. It's a 4x2 for $495 a month including parking and utilities. I have 3 male roommates and they're all chill guys. Message me if you're interested!
