Hello All, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 1, 2019! It is a 2x2 apartment with a female roomate. Good news is the current rate for a 2x2 is $650 but my room is going for $615/month PLUS it comes with a utility cap. It comes fully furnished and has washer and dryer. The Ridge is the biggest joke. IF you enjoy random men breaking into your apartment, floors falling through, constant flooding, and washing machine that catches fire. THIS IS STILL NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. If want a bathroom---this is not the place for you. THE BATHROOMS are 1 star upgrade from a porter potty. I wish I could blame it on the staff but truth be told the only place to blame is the company as a whole.
