Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the Spring 2018. I’m graduating in two weeks, and I will have to move. I live in a 4X4 bedroom apartment paying $520 monthly, and I have never had any issues with maintenance. The apartment is really nice, great roommates, and on the 3rd floor. Lived here from 08-2011. Practically section 8 housing. They rake in money yet the parking lot was always beat up and recently an entire floor collapsed. When I requested a smaller unit they tried to put me in one that reeked of cat piss and had holes in the wall. Students: avoid this place.
