hello everyone! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2017-2018 school year. I am moving out of the area and need a female to take my place for a 3x3 that is only $550 a month. Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Ridge at North Texas. The lease is 4X4 for $520. Water and electricity is included with a utility cap of $25 for each roommate. It's fully furnished and spacious. The drive to both TWU and UNT is 10-15 minutes. Rent is paid for, for February and you can move in as soon as you sign the papers. Message me if you're interested.
Friendly staff, very helpful, beautiful. Pool is AMAZINGGGGGGG!!! They have tanning beds as well if you're into that. Numbers on buildings are pretty easy to see and each staircase has numbers for the apartments that are by them, unlike other places where you have to guess. Makes it very easy for your friends to find you, and for when you order delivery! Maintenance is fast, too. Overall, I enjoyed living here.

Had a problem with my faucet leaking and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Never had an issue living here.
Very friendly staff! Very clean environment! Love the volleyball court! I would highly recommend living here!
