The staff is very friendly and efficient. I must give a shout out to Jimmy Jolly who is absolutely marvelous. Jimmy has made our almost three year stay pleasant. He’s courteous, efficient and gets the job done! The staff is the best!!! We have met some great neighbors who have become our friends.; it’s a great community! A & B Johnson
I appreciate the hard work of the maintenance staff. I put in a request on Monday and Jimmy came and fixed it within 48 hours. Thank you for the great hospitality!
Major props to Alonzy Bryant, the service manager, for handling my broken refrigerator service request in a timely manner. My refrigerator was leaking water & stopped cooling the inside contents. In less than 24 hours, Alonzy had me a brand new refrigerator ordered & installed!

The Retreat at Mountain Brook is a wonderful place to call home. Alonzo Bryant in maintenence has made it even better. He responds to tenant needs even when he's leaving for the day.
It's a clean and safe community with very friendly staff. The maintenance team is great! Denzel is very helpful and addresses issues quickly.
The Retreat has been a great place to call home. Denzel from maintenance it's the man and always very helpful and knowledgeable about any issues we've had (which none have been major inconveniences)
I’ve been working at this property for about a year and their maintenance and office staff are the best. They’ve always been very professional and eager to help with any issues that may arise. In particular I’d like to give props to Alonzy the maintenance manager. He’s gone out of his way on many occasions to accommodate us and trouble shoot any problems we have. Thanks to him and everyone else for all you do to make this the best property in Birmingham to work and live!
Paul has done a great job on the sidewalks and keeping everything clean!!! always friendly and helpful!!!
