We applied for 3BR house and I could not figure out how we got assigned to a 4BR house!! Fk it! Don't believe anything they said!
Don't apply here unless you are ready to commit to living here. They turn their applications into leasing agreements. This place is shady. They want to trick college students into applying to living here and then when they change their mind about living here they tell them they are on a lease and its binding. I don't know how they are getting away with this. STAY AWAY!
People only want your money and won't solve any of your problems! Staff and managers are also really rude! Stay away!
I'm paying so much to live somewhere where the "amenities" are nonexistent when I actually want to use them. Also, it is incredibly poor managed.
The office staff from my experience is usually clueless whenever I have a question. It's nice having a gym and pool on site but that doesn't out weigh all the issues I've had with this company. They try and get as much money as they can out of you.
The employees are not very friendly as I imagine. Some regulations and fees should be more reasonable. And the yard could be more clean, it's hard to bear the fly disaster.
