Horrible administration. Horrible service. Rude employees. Before you sign your contract they are very nice. Once you signs good luck getting any help. very expensive. They hottub breaks a lot and they take long time to fix it. If you want to pay your rent online, you have to pay a 16 dollars processing fee. If you want to pay your rent in check, you have to pay a 1 dollar processing fee. They bribe people to write good reviews about them.
Both customer service and internet service are about the worst you will ever have. They take 2 days to process mail after it has been delivered, the internet crashes constantly and isn't very fast to begin with, there is NO cell phone reception, no cafe or place to buy food on the grounds, half of the tanning salon beds are broken most of the time, and the parking is a nightmare if you live in the northern parts of the Retreat. Most of the buildings leak water and have not been fixed in months even though residents have requested repairs numerous times. Figure it out guys.
Scammy, expensive, and terrible customer service. Crappy workmanship on the home, and some appliances were broken when we moved in. I also got charged for more weeks than I was even allowed to live there, and the amenities were always either locked or broken. Employees were beyond rude and my parking spot was always taken. They also would show up inside my place without permission or notice. If your son or daughter is ready to graduate and needs a place to study in quiet, adult atmosphere, don't choose this place! It's just another party place. Management does not help and was very disappointed in what went on here. And if you are out of the area and need to pay online, get ready for fees. Thanks for all the late fees.
I was very disappointed with the Retreat as I had high hopes for what they offered. Amenities were always broken and never available to use, the walls are very thin causing multiple roommate problems, I had my shelf fall out of my wall with my clothes on it TWICE and they have taken money out of my deposit for bathroom carpet cleaning when I never had carpet in my bathroom.
