The Retreat seems to have a lot of negative reviews, and I don’t understand... � I love living here and am going to live here next school year as well. The apartments and amenities are top notch! I see a lot of people saying that things are always broken? Like the hot tub or things in their unit, and I have never experienced this. Everything in my unit was in tip-top shape and the hot tub and other amenities have always been open when I go! Terrible experience. Never would recommend this place to anyone when there are many other options in Corvallis
Administration only wants your money. Maintenance are inexperienced students. Employees are mostly short with residents and generally don't know how to answer questions. New management is evasive, feels like the people who manage this place are ghost. Any future residents considering this place, I would highly encourage looking around more first.
The most unfriendly and rude staff I have ever met. The office collected packages for you but always waste you a lot of time to find the packages (sometimes you have to find your packages by yourself since they will always insist they haven't received yet). Although they claim they have improved the package management, it is still a nightmare. They won't answer any complaining email as well.
