The Retreat and Greystar have no plan other than sending us a "Reassignment" form to sublease the apartment which is laughable, greedy, and shortsighted at best. They should let any student who is not going to be attending Oregon State University in person immediately terminate their lease. But the company continues to do nothing. We still have no response from them via email as requested to talk about a resolution to our situation.
Unresponsive unavailable and dishonest or incompetent management. Still waiting for my refund after 3 months. 1 month after being told the check was in the mail. The manager is conveniently never available when you call, and never returns messages.

Great location close to campus. Staff is always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Great transition into campus life! Lots of great activities and opportunities to meet new people.
I went to The Retreat at Corvallis to visit my little sister and was thrilled to see such a great environment and atmosphere. The amenities were a huge bonus as well. It definitely eases my anxiety about her living away from home to know she is in a great little community with awesome staff.
Too expensive for the quality of amenities. I had a terrible roommate experience in which my old roommates were just awful people, but that was resolved thanks to the staff. I can see why people hate it but it was a good place compared to most of the places in Corvallis. This place was made for certain types of people.
