The doctors are great but customer service is lacking. The surgical scheduler is completely unresponsive. It took weeks for her to call me to schedule surgery and then she did not respond to follow up voicemails.
Customer service was great. I was in and out quick. The staff knew what they were doing and answered all my questions.
