Although I would have loved to see what it looked like in 1985 and / or 2009 when it was built and renovated... this place is awesome! Probably haunted, nothing negative though! Employees work hard and keep a good attitude, the gift shop has an amazing array of crystals, gem stones and jewelry at decent prices!
Service was very good. Food was great. View was beautiful
This places awesome not only in the winter but in the spring as well
I loved the food and drink menu options. The mojito's and Moscow mules are my favorite cocktails. spinach dip was bomb! and lobster bites looked good too. The views of the mountains are what I liked too from the bar.
I really enjoy coming to this resort. The staff is very friendly an welcoming. The only real issue with the resort is that it is under staffed.
We got the presidential suite which has nothing presidential about it. The kitchen was filthy, the knocks all greasy. The pull out bed mattress had water stains all over it. The fireplace was broken. Missing pillows. No silverware or places or glasses. Some of the outlets don't work. There's water damage around one AC unit. The tv remotes didn't work and one of them had no remote. I stayed here on Jan 14th, 2017 in room 107. The exterior is very pretty with the snowy mountains behind the hotel and the pond frozen. The lobby is kinda cute but everything else I found extremely run down and in desperate need of renovations. Our room had 2 lamps that didn't work, 1 of the sinks didn't drain, and the volume on the TV remote also didn't work. Oh and the hotel wifi doesn't work and there is no sell service.
