My son and I stayed a couple nights for a little weekend getaway of hiking and fun. The night we got there and the next morning the restaurant was shut down. I picked this place because I didn’t want to have to drive to eat. Also the bar was not open. They seemed short staffed and the employees seemed annoyed if you asked them anything. It was super annoying, it was like nothing was working or was shut down. The rooms are pretty old and run down for the price.

This resort needs renovation. Dirty walls, carpets. Food pretty good, but service not really. In restaurant tables, glasses are dirty.

My husband and I were looking forward to a nice weekend away from home, but unfortunately that’s not what happened. The hotel is very run-down, dark, and the rooms are outdated, dingy, dirty, and overall smelly... we were extremely disappointed and so uncomfortable that we had to leave in the middle of the night and drive home to get a decent night’s sleep. We stayed in room 306, and the mattress was lopsided... The air conditioning was extremely loud and thank God we had earplugs... Summarizing: the place needs a major reno... read more

I like the environment and the location of the hotel and the fact that it’s right down the road to Lee Canyon. Pretty much the only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was internet, it very slow and sluggish and sometimes didn’t work at all. Overall, I think it was a good experience.

Poor service, lousy food, 2 servers running around trying to keep up. I felt bad for them. I’ve been coming up here since it first opened and it use to to wonderful! Must be incompetent management, what a shame! We won’t be back!

Our stay was nice. We enjoyed our 3rd floor balcony room. The scenery was beautiful from our balonr. Becca at front desk was wonderful are check in and check out. Taylor, Tracy and David made our Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast a pleasant experience and the food was good. We had a mini refrigerator in our room as requested. We met some nice people We will plan to come back again

Room setup and decor was a small step above a roadside motel. Food for lunch wasn’t so bad. Service was slow. During the early morning, we lost power 3 times. Tried to have breakfast there and no one was around to seat us. Waited 10 minutes and decided to just hit the IHOP on the way home. It’s just too rustic. Too old and it’s got a horrible smell. To go up to the mountain to take in the scenery, I definitely recommend that. But, that’s all. Sorry was far from impressed.

I've been coming to this resort for decades and have watched its decline. The quality of the food, no wi-fi, the "Bistro" (please take that sign down), and a run-down feeling makes me sad. We continue to visit overnight 1-2x a year for nostalgia's sake. It was sold to the Siegel group in 2008, and they didn't keep their word. Stephen Siegel, president and chief executive officer of the Siegel Group, said in a statement that the resort has been “a hidden oasis and getaway that many Las Vegas residents never knew existed. … Ou... read more
