The old man behind the check in area is the most rude and laziest person they could have hired,ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE,food sucks and was cold, rooms are dirty and don't even consider a 12 sq ft area a balcony!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! It is amazing this place stays open with this kind of service.
It was our first time staying at The Resort on Mt. Charleston. We are Vegas locals and decided to stay the weekend with our friends to celebrate a birthday! We did a nice hike nearby then checked into the hotel. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant onsite! It was a birthday and they totally cooperated with taking a cake out with presents after dinner which was awesome!!! After dinner, we played Mexican Train game until 2am!! Need some remodeling very stinky I spent Christmas Eve dinner here And all the presentations were very poor
Nice location! Easy drive off 95 freeway! Good parking. Sarachi burger was amazing!! $15, but it was worth coming back to have again! Take drive over to Lee Canyon for the amazing views from 9000'. Morgan in the snack bar has lots of area knowledge and has lots of stories! Plus, she is from Laguna Beach, so many California stories too!
Lunch was good( Philly steak quesadilla/BBQ flatbread/ pizza/beer). Great mountain views! Lovely mountain chalet design. Pond in front with several varieties of ducks that I have never seen before. Temps 30 degrees cooler than LV that was 107 degrees.
