I was only there only over night from Super Bowl Sunday , an had to leave early the next morning for work , it was restful an Quiet the fireplace made it
15 degrees cooler than Vegas, Beautiful room and views! Sound of fountain outside window. Great food, friendly service. And all only 45 minutes from home. Unbelievably Wonderful
Sorry, but even at two stars I'm being kind. Was given room facing parking lot (lodge was not full per my inquiry at the front desk), sticky substance in the carpet at the foot of the bed in front of the TV, restaurant was not good. Front desk was very friendly as was waitress, but restaurant was under staffed (even though fairly empty). One lamp would not turn on in the room regardless of swapping light bulbs. A great place for a romantic getaway with my lovely Hannah, very peaceful.
We had a relaxing day. I would give it 5 stars but I really didn't like the way the morning receptionist was treating us but I loved the afternoon one she made me feel welcome.
Very disappointed with the Christmas Day buffet. We really wanted to make this a tradition but looks like we'll have to go somewhere else next year.
The Resort is a great get away for locals with great scenery, delicious food, and friendly staff.
