So disappointed in what use to be a nice place. My family walks in straight to the store to buy food and nobody comes to help. After waiting almost 15 minutes my husband goes to the hotel check in where the manager stands ignoring him. Sorry her only employee is right next to her on the phone he can help after. Then she walks into her office and sits down. We waited only because my kid needed something to eat. Rude and unfriendly!
Friendly staff the hotel rooms are older but keep in mind the hotel has been there a long time. Beautiful lobby with huge fire place. Food is pricey but that's expected given the location.
