It is the worst place I have ever with the worst management and neighbors. We had rain coming from our fire place, we reported around 5 times and they have done nothing abt it. We reported about our neighbors who keep their garbage on the pavement and made it a nasty place, we get no response from office. Initially this place was resorts at valley ranch - the management was better then. Now after changing it to broadstone, the management is so cold, unresponsive and uncaring. I am moving as soon as possible.

Please read the reviews on Yelp. They have 5 one star reviews for a reason. STAY AWAY! This place is a DUMP and management is horrible!!! Do not waste your time AND money here. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID!!!
This was a HUGE MISTAKE..... I HATE the Decision to Move here God give me strength and Grace until this is over. Lack of information in fees that you'll pay. And because they don't pay your bills they could care less about lieing to you about them. This year couldn't end fast enough
