We have had NO HOT WATER for nine (9) days now!! I have made numerous calls to the office and reported this! I have left messages and sent email - none of which have been replied to! I would greatly appreciate someone to call me or better yet fix the water situation!! And while you are at it - please fix the pool. Rain should not turn a pool this color.

Living here for 3 years and love it! New management has come in and is upgrading a lot! Can't wait to see what everything looks like when all is said and done!

The experience I've had at these apartments has been a great one. The staff is awesome, always friendly and personable. They have events for mingling with others in the complex!! I will be staying here for a while!

I have been living at Broadstone and absolutely love it. The staff is warm and friendly. The grounds are well kept and my apartment is spacious. It feels like home.

I raised the request and within 10 minutes, Oscar arrived. He not only he replaced the bulb, he also gave one extra bulb. Really really appreciate it
Great location , spacious apartment for me and my wife , we're in the first Courtyard which has a beautiful view with trees, pool, fountain, office Personnel are extremely friendly and helpful, maintenance they are top notch I have nothing to complain about we like it here a lot and it's fairly quiet !!
