When I broke my lease and moved out it took a few weeks for me to receive my final bill. After I received it , I sent a check (it was agreed I could pay off over time) the check was cashed I then received ed a letter I had been sent to collections. I had already sent off another check, that never got cashed. Called several times, drove an hour and half to get the issue fixed. After 4 years and 4 owners I see that its just putting new faces to the same and worsening problems. They put on a grandios show when they tour you around but once you are locked in your lease you can expect little else to be a positive experience. The staff is rude, the management is robotic and unsympathetic to anything and let's not get started on the "trash valet" they suckered us into by introducing it at $5 and raised it to $25 after a year creating a $10,000 a month piggy bank for themselves at our expense. Amenities are important. I was surprised to see so much garbage in the pool area. The trash cans were overflowed, no gas for the grills and the pool was dirty.

Is there a timeframe to fix the broken tennis and basketball courts? The tennis court doesn't have a net anymore and the basketball court hasn't had a rim since I moved in. I was excited about having both courts. But neither are functional nor do they have lighting (as advertised on the website) to play at night. Just don't want to mislead any future residents that may think there's a tennis/basketball court...

Going on 5 years living at this complex and have been through just as many management changes, if not more. There are a few things that have improved such as I actually get hot water in the kitchen sink now and their gym is open 24hrs. However the current management still has trouble returning calls, expect to add $100 for the water/gas/valet trash, there’s always a problem with the water pipes/having to shut the off at least once a month, they remove ‘bad posts’ have posted twice out the unkempt construction trash and they’... read more

This is a great property and Alexis Garcia in the rental office is amazing. She works hard to make sure any issue is resolved and taken care of. Her level of service is something to be admired.
