These apartments are very fraudulent and I believe they are running a scam like business. They do work with apartment locators and only through them you can rent without making 3x the rent. However if not using an apartment locator you will have to make 3x the rent. I applied here and was told many things that just didn't add up. Stay away from here, This new company S2 hires unprofessional staff who don't care about anything. The previous company at least cared and was above and beyond professional. I am not sure why the owners switch to such a horrible irreverent Management Company, But I will be sure to get out as quickly as possible. Once this new lease is over we will be moving for sure. At this time, there are a lot of people struggling because of COVID-19. My aunt is affected because she is currently not working, and does not funds to pay for her rent this time. She called these apartments to ask if her rent can be differed at this time and they responded and said that she had to pay all the late fees and the back-rent. I used happily recommend these appartments to everyone. But the new management does not care even a little about the residents. They don't answer, the phone, they took away the resident and maintenence portals, overall the new management seems to be trying to push residents out. No longer a great place to stay.
We no longer have a residence portal or a way to even contact maintenance for an after hours emergency like water coming into your apartment from the ceiling.
This is the worst place I ever lived. The water is shut off constantly. I didn’t have hot water several times. Imagine taking a cold shower in the middle of winter! HORRIBLE! The water bill is crazy expensive. The management is rude. Stay away from this place!
I lived here from 2016 to 2018. I loved the previous management when it was called Broadstone Valley Ranch, but I really started to hate living here when it got turned over to current management. Theyre all really stuck up and customer service is not at all in their priority. Half of them can't speak proper English because theyre all Spanish or whatever, the only 2 people who actually care about customer service are Jackson and Ruby.
