Deansgate Square is a development with four towers: north, south, east, and west. The estate's central square, which unfolds into the River Medlock, will host regular events and is complemented by a carefully chosen variety of pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops from local, independent operators that are open to both residents and the public. New Jackson is a brand-new area at Manchester's southern entrance to the city centre.

Extremely disappointing experience with The Residences Manchester. I emailed them multiple times regarding a flat booking and was ready to pay immediately, but received no response the entire day. By the time they replied (over 24 hours later!), the flat I wanted was already booked — and now only a north-facing room is left, which I specifically didn’t want. Worked at the Residences in Deansgate Square for Urban Bubble, the office is a very toxic environment with bullying forcing employees to leave. One of my colleagues didn't even turn up to her "OWN" leaving party because she despised the management that much. In an office that had 5 employees when I started, 4 of them left.
