Great Amenities We’ve lived here for over 2 years and just recently renewed our lease. The amenities here are unlike any other I’ve seen. The office staff are always approachable and helpful. The units are modern and roomy.

Home sweet home My experience here has been nothing short of awesome. The staff is very accommodating, very friendly and very personable. If you are regular in the office, and they haven't seen you they will definitely send a text or an email or even a phone call just to say hi and make sure you're ok. Ms. J is very good at this. The office staff is like a huge family. I will definitely miss them.

Great experience The leasing staff at the property were very Knowledgeable. They answered all questions that I had and some I didn’t even know to ask. The management team is extremely helpful and professional. Lori did not hesitate to take a moment out of her day say hello and make me feel welcome.

Annapolis Junction 5 Stars I've been here for 4 years now. I was one of the first to get a lease and still really like it here. The management team is very responsive and friendly, maintenance is quick and professional. Everyone here, both residents and management are a great community to be a part of. Jasimon, one of the leasing agents has been a pleasure to work with since I first got my lease. The team here has worked hard to maintain the complex and strive to continually improve.

Place to call home I love my studio apartment. If it weren't for home searching, I'd end up staying. It's relatively quiet, close to the major highways, decent gym, plenty of parking, friendly staff, and most importantly, no bugs/rodents. I'll definitely miss it when I move out.

Best Apartment Complex in the Area I recently lived at The Residences at Annapolis Junction for six months as I finished up my degree at Johns Hopkins. Ultimately, RAJ was leaps and bounds better than the 16 other apartment complexes that I toured in Maryland. Everyone from the office to maintenance to cleaning staff are extraordinarily friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Excellent place to live I’ve lived here for 3.5 years and its a great residence to live in. I love how close it is to the MARC station, BW Parkway, and Route 32. The community is quiet and the staff is very respectful and goes above and beyond for the residents.
