Verified Renter I’ve been a resident since 2018, and I must say…I love it here! The Residences at Annapolis Junction feels more like a 5 star hotel, than apartment building. From the various in building amenities, the beautiful grounds, and the secure parking garage, the best thing here hands down is the staff! They’re ALWAYS willing, and able to assist, and they take the time to get to know you and your family. I guarantee if you come, you’re going to become a resident!
Verified Renter So far, I am enjoying the parking garage and storage room for my packages. As far as the actual apartment, I love the ceiling to floors windows. They make the apartment seem bigger. I can't say enough about the soaking tubs in both bathrooms!!

Verified Renter Communication and follow through are dreadful. The property is nice but that’s expected because the price is high. Maintenance is not 24/7 so if you need something, they will get back to you at their convenience.
