Verified Renter Our experience thus far at RAJ has been great! Friendly staff and neighbors. One pro/con would be the location- we do hear the train often but also a pro is that we have very easy access to the MARC.

Verified Renter Very Friendly and helpful staff. Ticketing system entries were easy to make. In less than 24 hours, all of the repairs and fixes were done.
Verified Renter Very nice amenities and things look well maintained. Not much noise. Parking garage can be dangerous as people drive through. Smell in the trash area is not acceptable - need bigger exhaust fans to pull that smell out regularly. Dog bath is a great idea.
