The community amenities are always clean and well kept. The maintenance requests are handled timely and with quality. I could have asked for a better experience.

Verified Renter Surrounding neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easily accessible from a commuters standpoint with having 32, 295, and 95 right there. The building itself is nice. Could use upgraded gym equipment or a bigger workout space. the leasing office doesn’t always handle situations in a timely manner. Have had a handful of maintenance issues within the 1 1/2 years living here. People don’t pick up after their dogs and the list of “restricted breeds” that they inform you of are not enforced.
