Arrogant and Horrible Management They keep changing rent - its different when you visit and changed when apply. Cheap tricks!!!!!
Verified Renter Experience has been great so far. Jasimon has been so helpful and welcoming. The apartment is close to the highway and Marc train which is amazing. So many amenities are available and the apartment is beautiful and safe, would definitely recommend living here!

Verified Renter This is my first week as a resident of Residence at Annapolis Junction. I am amazingly impressed with everything from the prompt and friendly staff to the resort-type amenities. Even the tenants that I've met so far are so welcoming. They try to make everything so convenient for the tenants here including package delivery. I recommend this place to make it a home.

Verified Renter This community is a complete 180 from the community I just left. Everyone is so nice! I really enjoy the open floor plan and I have more space for my things. The storage facility within the community is a plus. The fact that it is so quiet and it is strictly non-smoking brings me so much peace. Every morning I wake up and am blessed to be here.
