Verified Renter Very happy except for a very noisy upstairs, neighbor! Wish people were more considerate in the trash room. Expecting the employees to take care of your boxes recycle and trash should not be permitted.
Verified Renter Front office is professional, responsive, and great with facilitating a positive community experience through events and engagement. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Location is excellent! Love the enclosed garage and fob system. Also appreciate the apps used here. Glad I found this property.

Verified Renter I have lived at the Residences at Annapolis Junction since early 2019. The building is kept clean and safe. The staff is exceptional, including all: the management office the maintenance staff and the cleaning crew. The apartments are conveniently located to all the major roads in the area making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend living here.
