Verified Renter It's a nice & quiet location! I've lived here for more than 3 years now; & will likely be here until I purchase my first home complete my degrees. The community events are nice to be able to get to know other residents, but there are also food trucks that come very often with various cuisines available. The theatre room and other amenities are very nice as well! The leasing office & maintenance staff have always been quick to respond and professional. It's been a wonderful place to live

Verified Renter Absolutely excellent customer service and great neighbors. It’s a whole vibe. I enjoy coming home and knowing I’m safe and free to be me. The amenities are wonderful. However, I wish they were open longer. It is very hard to work and get to enjoy our community. There are numerous activities planned for all of us to participate in. I just wish we could enjoy the things we pay for around the clock.

Verified Renter The Residences at Annapolis Junction are luxury apartments. Everything is kept clean and nice. The gym area is okay. Basic equipment and treadmills are okay. Tenants keeps to themselves. Besides an issue that wasn't addressed by leasing staff all has been good.l

Verified Renter Everything is so clean and kept nice. The amenities are amazing. I feel at home here. The front office people are amazing and always are ready to help. We had something wrong with our sink and it was fixed the next day right away.
