OK, But You Aren't Around Anything Except Trucks and "The Agency" This place is OK, but it cost as much as neighboring Columbia or Arundel Mills which all have more amenities within walking distance. This is literally located smack in the middle of certain agency buildings and loud rumbling trucks passing by all day and night. Pretty Place and Poor Service Poor Customer Service and the leasing staff act as if they don't want to help. The apartments are pretty but too expensive. You can get better service, cheaper price, and prettier apartments in Columbia.

Great place and people Great experience with the leasing office, especially Forrest and Jasimon. Both were always professional and yet warm in a way to get you thinking, The Residences at Annapolis Junction could be a place to call home. The place sells itself; the property, the apartments, and the many amenities are exceptionally gorgeous, and the front office staff presents all of this well. Amazing apartments, friendly staff who take care of their residents I toured the apartments a few weeks ago and Ms. Tonya went above and beyond to work with me and helped me move in to an apartment that I did not think I could afford. Now I couldn't be happier that I am here. The staff legitimately cares about their residents and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. BEST I'VE SEEN AND EXPERIENCED IN THE DMV AREA!!! This place looked like a 5-star luxury hotel. Jasimon, affectionately known as Jay, greeted me immediately with a warm smile and gentle double-hand handshake (which felt like a hand hug) as she asked how my day was going first...this was comforting.
