Great Experience! Ok if you are looking for a great community, this is it. People are kind, including the management office. They hold resident events and bring in food trucks on a monthly basis. Just overall a very unique community.

Amazing place I have visited this property multiple times as my sister, niece and brother in law resides there. Its a safe, family oriented, peaceful area. The staff is always pleasant to talk to and it’s very clean and luxurious. She had a few events in the club room and we love it there and will continue to have events there. I had a tour for myself and I just can’t decide which floor plan I want because they’re all amazing snd right now they don’t have any availability’s for my move in date.

These apartments are super nice I came down from Jersey to visit a friend who lives in this community and it was definitely a wonderful stay. The apartments are super upscale and a bang for your buck compared to here in Jersey. My friend took me to the leasing office because I'm actually think about moving back at the end of the summer the leasing team was super cool and polite. A great place to live! We lived in two different apartment complexes before living here and this is by far the best apartment we have lived in. Our dog Stormy loves it too! Staff is always friendly and addresses any issue in a timely manor. The amenities are great too. We will be renewing here as soon as we can! -Zach

Great place to call home during a transition period We are in the process of moving and needed a place to live for just a few months after we sold our house while our new home is being built in another state. The Residences at Annapolis Junction worked with us for a short-term lease at a reasonable cost. OK, But You Aren't Around Anything Except Trucks and "The Agency" This place is OK, but it cost as much as neighboring Columbia or Arundel Mills which all have more amenities within walking distance. This is literally located smack in the middle of certain agency buildings and loud rumbling trucks passing by all day and night. When touring, I could hear the trucks through the windows which may keep folks up at night. Pretty Place and Poor Service Poor Customer Service and the leasing staff act as if they don't want to help. The apartments are pretty but too expensive. You can get better service, cheaper price, and prettier apartments in Columbia.

Great place and people Great experience with the leasing office, especially Forrest and Jasimon.
