Why aren’t you renting here yet ???? My first apartment. I’m super happy with this place. From the service to the maintenance everything is well done and professional. I truly have no complaints. I love the guaranteed utilities also. Thank you so much to all the employees here who make this place great. You won’t regret considering the RAJ as your new home.

Great place! The apartment amenities are great and well kept. The maintenance staff is super helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The area is pretty secluded so not a lot of restaurants or stores near but it does kept the area quite.

Best Apartment Community The Residence at Annapolis Junction is by far the best apartment community I have lived out. They are luxury apartments without the high price. The amenities are amazing and the proximity to 32,95,and 200 is great for commuters like me. It is so quiet and relaxing which makes coming home even better. 10/10 would recommend.

Luxury and Peace Wrapped in a Bow If you’re looking for luxury and peace and quiet loom no further then AJC apartments. I’ve always been a huge fan of Bozzuto communities but I must say that this one is definitely my favorite with just the communication of the staff, the dog friendly environment, the quietness, and overall maintenance of the grounds. I definitely plan to live here as long as I can until I’m ready to buy my home. Love it here!

Brilliant place! I applied to live here sight unseen. I saw the floor plan online and it was everything I needed in an apartment. The photos on-site were beautiful, however seeing it in person was beyond what I expected. Everyone has been so unbelievably kind and helpful. The staff recognise you by name. They’ve got the best amenities I’ve seen thus far and the best security.
