Totally recommend this apartment complex! I moved to this complex April 2020 and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. The leasing office staff is wonderful, as is the maintenance staff. Both maintenance requests I’ve made (clogged drain and lighting issue) were taken care of promptly. The grounds are well kept and the hallways always smell good. It’s like living in a hotel but it’s home! Nice building, clean and modern There are lots of great amenities offered for free and the building is well maintained and very new. The leasing staff is very nice.

100% Stellar Living at The Residences at AJ is akin to basking at a luxury resort! Everything from Bozzuto Management (front office and service) to the amenities to the actual living space is 100% stellar. After taking a tour you’ll most definitely see what I mean. I was a bit concerned about noise due to the proximity to the highway, but it’s a very quiet and relaxing living space. You Won’t Regret It! This was my first apartment on my own and from the beginning of my experience to a year and a half later, I absolutely love it. Staff (both office and maintenance) are extremely helpful and friendly! They always take care of us weather it be breakfast, raffles, PASTA, etc. Maintenance is responsive. The building is huge but it’s very quiet. Quick drive to 95 or 295 and tons of shopping food within a 10 minute drive. The pool is amazing during the summer time and a good size. Will be here as long as we live in MD We found this place by chance and we have not considered anywhere else since. Everyone that works here is so wonderful and willing to help out whenever possible. Not to mention how safe this building feels (like a luxury fortress). Highly recommend!
