As a sophomore finally able to live off campus, I was excited to see what The Reserve had in store. A couple months into the year and everything it has been everything I expected and more! The rooms are spacious and clean, yet leaves plenty of room to make your place unique to you. The staff is professional and helpful and is willing to work with me if I ever come across any issues! My biggest concern was getting to and from campus, but that has been a breeze because of the multiple Athens Transit buses that come every hour.... read more
Just moved in here but already had a bad experience with them. I signed my lease on the 20th moved in on the 28th and was charged a FULL months rent for 11 days of which I was actually here for 3. Very unfair. My advise...dont move in until the 1st of a new month cause they will charge unfairly.
Had a great time living here, but the ridiculous move out fees actually cost them two stars. If you're going to live here, make sure you go over your apartment with a fine-toothed comb when you move in, and report anything wrong (seriously, the tiniest break in my blinds-- that I didn't even cause-- cost me an extra $15. I didn't touch my blinds all year). Make sure the gate key they give you isn't messed up in the slightest (no peeling or signs of peeling)-- that was another $15. The apartments are very clean and new! They are really on top of bug control and any maintenance issues! The pool is a great place to relax in the summer, with grills, a pavillion, and volley ball courts. The small gym is convenient too when you don't feel like driving to Ramsey. Also, the new vet school will be opening up right across the street, within walking distance, so this is a great place for veterinary students to live!
