I love living here. It is clean and the staff is super helpful. The apartment I was shown on the tour looks just like the one I live in.

It's a great place to live. The property is beautiful because of the lake and forest area around it. The rent is not too pricey for what is included. The staff is responsive and friendly. The pool is nice and the workout room is very convenient to have. I also like the running trail and soccer field right next to the apartment. Also, it's walking distance from Kroger, and has easy bus access to campus. You don't have to worry about bringing your own furniture because the rooms are already furnished nicely. There isn't much o... read more

I lived at the Reserve 2 years ago and I didn’t have a problem with anything. Management was kind and fair and I appreciated having a private bathroom. I moved to a different apartment because my roommates wanted a change and it was cheaper. The property wasn’t as nice, so I moved back to the Reserve. One thing I can say is that if something is wrong with your apartment The Reserve does their best to fix it. Work orders are completely quickly and there are always resident events happening. The amenities that are included and... read more

I have lived here for two years at Reserve at Athens. I've had a few problems in my apartment and when I filled out a maintenance form, they were always on time to repair; they were always polite and on time. I loved the little events they had for students and the fact that they had three different kinds of Athens transit buses was very convenient. All in all, this place helped me make Athens home, and its sad that I have to leave here. If it wasn't for graduation, best believe, I would have stayed here another year.

The staff here is very nice and the amenities are pretty good. I've lived here for 3 years and have almost no complaints. The rates here are competitive and fair, and the area is very clean. Would recommend.

This is my first legitimate home away from home and I can't be happier! One, the apartments are very nice, well kept, and close enough to campus to bike, take a bus, or drive, but away enough to feel like you have your own life away from school. The staff and maintenance are always super friendly and helpful. The residents feel like family and there's always something fun to do! Couldn't be happier:):)

I lived at the Reserve from August 2015-July 2017 and that was a mistake. They are slow to respond to any maintenance calls (I haven't had a working washer/dryer in 6 months because they keep doing insufficient repairs instead of replacing the units), bugs are awful, absurd move out fees (can tell they are hungry for every last dollar), are quick to blame their old management company/current residents for administrative flaws, and the CAs have not been very helpful/accommodating at all, particularly in the move out process. ... read more

I lived at the Reserve for two years and regret almost all 24 months of it. While new management has been on the whole better than before, there is a weird double standard in which current management uses the poor turnover as an excuse for not properly being able to handle situations while furthering blame on residents for those issues. To get anything done regarding bugs, maintenance, or repairs, it always required me to complain in person, in spite of there being an online request form for these issues. We lived without AC... read more
