I have lived here for 2 years and just resigned for a 3rd year. It is a great community with friendly faces around every corner (and its proximity to campus is just icing on the cake). I honestly couldn't imagine living at a better place.
Great Apartment with Wonderful Staff — The apartments here are really nice and have just the right amount of space. Only about 10 minutes to campus when driving and Athens Transit buses run frequently enough to get to any classes if that's how you get to campus. Pool and gym are both very nice and clean. The staff in the office are all extremely helpful and nice. If you get the chance to talk to Danielle in the office you definitely won't be disappointed. Overall a great place to call home!

This has been my first year living at The Reserve, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it! From the start of my housing search, The Reserve staff was there to guide me along the way. I really wanted a 4 bedroom, but they were full. They worked hard to make sure that I would be placed close to the roommates I want to live with in 2 bedroom apartments. The Reserve is one of the best places to live in Athens, you can not be the prices! This will be my 2nd year living here and I could not be more content. The staff does their best to accommodate your needs and the gym was just recently renovated. Their community events usually include free food and the community is great for a college student.

Pretty great place to live even though I still have a roach problem. Location is pretty convenient.
