Reserve it today! I've been all OVER in Athens, and this place stands out as one of the hot spots for students to live and get together! It's definitely "emphasis on the student", so if you're looking for a quiet life, don't bother. But if you want an active social scene and solid service (one of the best!), then you've found home!
Welcome To UGA I only give it a 4/5 because I reserve the fifth star for absolute perfection..which is nearly impossible to reach by my standards..so four stars is good. ANYWAYS, this is a fun place to live. It's got a great college feel to it.
RecommendedThis is shout out, my kids just moved in last week. They noticed shower water not hot, put in work order Maintenance came right out and instead of putting a patch on it, he said it needed to be replaced. They ended up with new water heater within 3 hours. Hopefully they will continue to be honest about repairs to the apts

The lovely place to live which provides all required facilities,and even more. The rooms are fully furnished, private room and bath, pool and computer labs, free wi-fi and printing service which is very convenient, awesome experience of living with great roommates. Pool and gym are fantastic. The staff is very attentive and polite.
Lived here for a year (2013-2014) and it was terrible. The walls are so thin and you could hear what your neighbors were doing through the day and night and who your roommates were doing. The room sizes in each apartment don’t make any sense (they will have a very large bathroom inside a very small bedroom) with pretty much only one way to arrange the furniture in the room.
Enjoyed my stay with no major issues, but moving out was definitely a PAIN with management.
Units are NOT move-in ready and The Reserve fails to accept responsibility. Holes in wall, filthy carpets, layers of grime, outdated appliances and rusty shower doors-to name a few. Patched and painted walls, steam cleaned carpets and overall deep cleaning is the industry standard- just NOT here. Can anyone say BAIT and SWITCH from what is presented in the model and promised. Roommate matching and mediation is a joke! Just another way they refuse to accept responsibility. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I love the walking trail and pool. Pet fees are too high though, and we need more than one trash dumpster and recycling bin, because i have to walk all the way from building 9 to the front of the property with my heavy stinky trash bags. But im going to be living here 2 years in a row and I love it
I absolutely love living at the Reserve! The staff is friendly, the facilities are well maintained, my apartment is spacious and nice, and I like how everything is included in the rent price so there are no hidden surprises. I would definitely recommend the Reserve to students who are looking for a place to live in Athens!
