Never any appointments. Always try to give you phone call appointment despite hospital saying I need bloods done. Reception staff extremely rude and abrasive for no reason other than daring to question why a face to face appointment can't be given. Received two letters from surgery asking me to book appointment but can't. Waste of NHS money this place.
Excellent service all round. Friendly receptionists, nurses and GPs. Same day appointments given and very helpful and thorough. Great online prescription service as well, processed very quickly every time.
I phone at 8 then 805. 810 & at 818 managed to get through to machine that said all a point are gone but I am now 22nd in the queue. 818 First time I got the opportunity to get in the queue all other calls just hang up on you. Phone it yourself. There isn’t an any choice option to say phone me back for 18 mins to be told all appointments are filled phone back tomorrow. It has been quite few times now where me and my partner used practice for various situations and we are very pleased with what we got. Seems like practice management system works great and efficiently. Reception staff and doctors always showed being professional, interested, welcoming and friendly. Mistakes and miscommunication happens everywhere in life, but this practice seem to be hitting 9 out of 10 so, big thank you to everyone working here and thank you for taking care of public.
Nasty staff! Liars and corrupt to the core They claimed I had to sign a letter saying I wasn’t going to be aggressive’again’ or I wasn’t being seen? I have it all recorded and it shows all I’ve done to annoy them is ask for a manager so he came and took me off their books for nada Go elsewhere!
