Unfortunately, our beautiful Lulu passed away at The Ralph, but the staff were incredibly clear and compassionate throughout her sudden illness. Making the decision to let her go was by far the hardest thing we’ve had to do, but we are truly thankful that she passed with dignity and care. The kindness and professionalism of the team made a heartbreaking experience a little more bearable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pet treated with care and respect.
I was referred to the Ophthalmology team after my dog Mavis was not responding to her dry eye medication. We saw Tyler one of the interns who is very knowledgeable and is clearly very passionate about Ophthalmology. The next steps were explained clearly and we left feeling very positive that Mavis is in the best possible hands. The next day I realised I had forgot to ask a question, so I emailed the team and received a very quick response even though I know how busy they are.

Heidi Featherstone, who leads Ophthalmology, has been treating my dog for 2.5 years now. She took over from a terrible experience with another practice when I desperately needed to save my dog's one remaining eye. Heidi could not have done more to restore my faith in the veterinary profession.
