This product is fantastic. I needed some PAR quartersawn oak to put a table together and they shipped it fast. I don't have any expensive power tools and so I worried the edges wouldnt be straight enough to joint and glue up without having a jointer, but I was very pleasently surprised. What I got was machined very well, smooth as a babys bum, almost no machine marks, very consistent thickness and perfectly straight in every dimentsion. Good to go out of the box and my table will stay flat forever. Thanks QSOC.
I've been intending writing this review for about 10months and didn't want to let it slip totally by! Last June I ordered 4 pieces of oak for some DIY shelving and after a trawl of the internet managed to find a reasonably local supplier in 'Quarter Sawn'. A good comparable price and nice personal communication from Dan when the order was processed, including photo's explaining minor discolouration in one piece of timber.
