I'm so glad we have the pump house in Victoria Texas. It's a beautiful place to dine indoor or out and the food is delicious . The people that work there are pleasant.

I had lunch at Pumphouse today and when the waitress brought my burger, I saw her drop the plastic container of ketchup on the floor and put it back on my plate. She put the plate on front of me and I asked for a new plate. I should have asked for a new burger but we were with relatives and I didn't want to make a big fuss. The manager came by to ask how we were doing and I told her I was waiting for a clean plate and I told her why. She neither apologized nor offered to provide me with a new burger. Took a while to get served . Wasn't real busy but still took a while for waiter to get order. After that the waiter did a good job of taking care of us. Food was good and we had a pleasant time.
Another great night at this place . Allways great food and service . Be back soon . .
