This is by far my husband and I's favorite place to eat. We had our wedding gathering there and it was just fantastic!! My husband and I are are from Charlotte, NC end they just opened a PumpHouse right along the border of NC and SC, right in our "childhood backyard" I can't wait to go back home compare.. If I give this place 10 stars I would! Always have very friendly service and excellent food! (The Bloody Mary shrimp shooters are our favorite) Way to go guys!
We had a horrible experience last night at The Pump House, we were celebrating a high school graduation with 18 in our group. Called for reservation had it all set up and was looking forward to a fun evening! Well we had an evening from hell. The sad thing is that the food is good, the wait staff is slow, under staffed, management is the worst I have ever seen. I want to thank the pumphouse for the worst birthday brunch I every had. The waitress acted like she really didn't want to wait on us and would take forever to get our order and then mine was all wrong and when I told her about it she took 30 min before I got my order and all my guest had already eaten. The so called manger acted like no big deal just took off my order on off the ticket. So I had to go to sonic to eat. As a hairdresser here in Victoria I will be sure to tell all my clients. Me and my boyfriend went and waited for a whole hour for someone to seat us and take our drinks And when we did get seated no one would have the respect to wait on us So we got tired of people being rude here so we just left Never once did someone check on us or asked if we needed something
Been here over one hour and all I have had is Water!!!!
One of the best hamburgers ever made, the atmosphere was so wonderful The Waiting staff was so great just great food and a lot of fun best place to be with family and friends
The Appetizers are always Awesome and quick to be served!!!! The Vast Variety of Food is Always Delicious!!!! The Waitstaff is Prompt and Professional!!!! And just Love it when Louise stops by the table to greet us welcome!!!! My Sister, Karen & Brother-In-Law, Richard from Houston only eats at Pumphouse when they are in Victoria!!!! :)
Horrible service!!!!! For all those that complained about their food, at least you got food! I waited 2 hours and had to end my date night at Taco Bell drive thru instead.

Worst customer service I've ever had!!!! Wait 45 mins for a table on patio(what they told us the wait was) for them to tell us it will be longer. But they could sit us inside,if I had wanted to sit inside I would have done it 45 mins before!!!
