We came early enough to beat the Sunday rush but still waited almost an hour for our food.... and where is our waiter!!!

My sister and I came to Victoria to go to the zoo, however, it was raining, so we ate at the Pump House. We ate on the covered patio and started with a marvelous chicken and spinach broth soup, then we shared the tenderloin bruschetta and the Reuben surprise bites as our entree, and had the creme brulee and banana pudding parfait for dessert. We decided the food, the service, and the atmosphere were well worth the drive.
Great atmosphere, service and food! We will be back.

Went to celebrate my daughters birthday. Change of policy 15 people are more must have event planner with chosen menu! Not good so got 2 tables. Ordered Grilled chicken breast with only one side offered. The CHICKEN WAS PAPER THIN like a piece of thinly sliced lunch sandwich meat Not kidding! The rice was a very small bowl. Price $ 13.95. My son ordered the same thing except saute green beans and his chicken was the same and had maybe 6 green beans on the plate for same price. Karol, please ask to speak to a manager if you ever have a less than pleasant experience at our restaurant. There was obviously some type of miscommunication as we do not require groups of 15 to work with our event planner. Unfortunately, we are seldom able to handle large groups during our peak periods and on weekends without prior arrangements. We apologize for your disappointing experience and thank you for your feedback.
Awe, I really don't want to post this but today we had the sorriest service. First the silver ware was full of finger prints. Mr. Manager teach your people not to touch the silverware without touching the eating area of the utensils. Second, the fish tacos was not a good presentation, could of been served on a bigger plate instead of crowding the tacos. Third the fish was served in long huge chunks, yuck.
