Definitely a five-star place to eat in Victoria definitely a five-star place to eat in Victoria They have a. Ice outdoor patio area, nice bar area, all around great place with great food.

Great food, but service was slow. Shrimp and grits was excellent, topped with fresh salsa. Waiter refilled unsweetened ice tea with sweetened, but swapped it out with an apology.
We were there with a wedding party. The waitress was rude and took her sweet time getting drinks. An hour after we ordered we got our drinks, without sweet and low... so I asked if I could get sweet and low. The answer was - the other parties have them, i will see if I can get some. An hour goes by..finally get my packet and the ice has melted.... so we decide to order our food. Then an hour later we hear the bride and groom order and I'll be damned they got thier order within 40 minutes, we were still waiting. 3 hours after... read more
If they can get their service to be as good as their food, it would be the best restaurant within 100 miles of Victoria.
Yesterday I called last minute to make a reservation and was told by the hostess that it wasn't a problem. When we arrived the table was ready and the hostess was still patient when we realized we needed to add a few more to the reservation. I was so grateful for the excellent customer service in part because its so rare to find exceptional customer service these days AND bonus- my friends never knew I had forgotten to make the reservation when I said I would!!! ;)
The Restaurant is Beautiful & the food is superb! The Waitress who served us did an excellent job, but she could have had more help! I highly recommend the Pump House!
