When viewing 39 Clendinning Way, I was waiting for 20 minutes before the people viewing the house before me were done as 'they don't like to rush people' but this meant I only had 5 minutes to view before having to go back to work. Timeslots should be scheduled to avoid this as people tend to have places to be and I'm sure if I was 20 minutes late then the viewing would have been cancelled.
