My friend and I had been tenants for the last academic year and it was a pleasant experience until the end of our tenancy. While Nicky is friendly she is very unprofessional and can be difficult to get a response from. Five stars isn’t enough. My daughter is moving out this summer after being with the property file for 3 years. No problem has been to big for Nicky and co to deal with. Thank you Nicky! Jack.
Great experience about rental housing.
Only moved into the property for 2 days but already have had the most pleasant experience with a landlord ever. Nicky is supportive, friendly and most importantly, human!!! From the viewing to the move in they have made the process as easy as can be and i am so looking forward to the rest of my tenancy with them!!
