We had a amazing experience the staff are lovely and are very helpful and there were so many dresses to chose from and all the dresses were lovely would totally recommend as it was such a easy process as well very happy with our experience.
The staff are amazing, especially Donna and Charli. Pushed me to find the most perfect dress that i would have never picked out but i felt like a princess in it! Thank you!!
I am giving this a 1 as their isn’t a 0 button, they are such nice people when it comes to buying a dress, but the dress snapped on the day ruining the whole experience of prom, all they offered was too fix the dress we had spent a lot of money and didn’t get offered any money back or even a small refund which we would expect due to spending so much money on a dress that most likely wouldn’t be worn again
Wonderful experience the dresses were beautiful and the staff knew what to do and what to try you in overall amazing experience and the most beautiful dress
After going to numerous shops we booked an appointment at The Prom Den. They did an amazing job with my daughter. Listened to what she wanted and brought her dresses similar to what she explained to them. After trying on a few she found her prom dress. Staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Prom Den. Also after purchasing the dress they recommend seamstress that was local to us.
