Just used the Professional Snagging Company to check our new home for snags. Really impressed with the service given by Stuart who attended for a silver inspection. Not only did Stuart identify some snags and explaining why some of them could have occurred, but he gave us invaluable information about possible changes in the house but which is standard for a new build. Stuart was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, professional and a joy to meet. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience with Tony from The Professional Snagging Company! He was here early and when I say he checked every nook and cranny that’s no exaggeration! Tony was very friendly, polite and explained lots of the snags and how they should’ve been done in the build process/if it isn’t rectified what repercussions that could have on the house later on down the line! There were many snagging companies to choose from but I was impressed by the email responses when I made my initial enquiries, as well as the sample report provided so I opted to go for this company. Since booking they coordinated with my estate agent to gain access and have sent the report over less than 24 hours after the survey took place, just before a bank holiday weekend where I fully expected it to arrive next week.
