This firm is superb - they surveryed my 4 bedroom house, their surveryor Junia was at the property for almost 4 hours and identified 206 snags. The peace of mind in being able to just forward a professional survey straight to the developers and taking out any element of dispute has also been invaluable. 10/10 - I highly recommend.
