The receptionist named Pauline is a egoistic racist, who doesn’t treat Asian tenant equally!!! Anyone from the third country must be cautious living in the flat, because the reception may refuse to help you just because your race. It’s a shame to know someone like Pauline still working here.
It is ok living here on the estate, however they do need to sort out their fire alarms constantly triggering. It is extremely frustrating to residents living above the commercial units. There is a gym, coffee shop, and Tesco supermarket on site and these can be extremely useful when living here. The reception are ok, but perhaps a more friendly manner would be welcomed!
