Daughter came here for an infected nail from acrylic nails, Waiting time was expected . Lovely examination lady. Lady who treated was alright but seemed very overworked
Can't fault the staff they were lovely. However, keeping my 88yr old mother in a corridor when she's already confused is an absolutely disgusting situation. No privacy, no bedside table to reach for a drink, nowhere to put personal belongings.
My daughter was referred to this hospital after a severe neck injury was seen in triage quickly and promptly and was soon put on a bed and in a neck block for further treatment although was a long process the staff were brilliant reassuring and very friendly considering how run off there feet they were!!! Amazing from start to finish
